Die sonst \u00fcbliche Bezeichnung f\u00fcr einen Rum dieser Herstellungsart lautet &#8222;Rhum Agricole&#8220;. Klassischer Weise wird dieser jedoch auf den franz\u00f6sischen Antillen (Martinique, Guadeloupe) und auch auf Haiti, in Franz\u00f6sisch-Guayana, La Palma und im Indischen Ozean auf R\u00e9union und Mauritius produziert.<\/p>\n<p>Durch die Fasslagerung in einem 225l- Xeminez Spinola PX Sherry Fass in unserer Brennerei hat dieser Rum jedoch so viel eigenen Charakter bekommen, dass wir auch eine neue Bezeichnung hierf\u00fcr kreiert haben:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\"><strong>&#8222;Rum Agrecole&#8220; Steht f\u00fcr Rhum Agricole, der im Sherryfass gereift wurde.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasting Notes von Master Distiller Christoph Rosinski:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"_3l3x\">&#8222;Ist ein Rum aus Panama, 13 Jahre in einem Bourbonfass gelagert. Fassst\u00e4rke 58,8%, ohne irgend eine Filtration direkt aus dem Fass abgef\u00fcllt.<br \/>\nSchmeckt rund ohne einen Hauch von Sprit, tiefe Rumnote, ein Hauch von Rauch, Schokolade, Rosinen mit einer positiven Fassnote. Hab ich noch vergessen die Kaffeenote zu erw\u00e4hnen? Die Fruchtfliegen in der Brennerei lieben ihn.
